Our 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training 26&2 is more than just a yoga training – we are deeply rooted in the Hatha yoga lineage of Bishnu Ghosh and Bikram Choudhury. You'll learn yoga anatomy, yoga therapy and explore meditation techniques. You'll learn the tools to be an effective teacher inside and outside the hot room; you'll graduate with the globally accredited Original Hot Yoga Association (OHYA) certificate and receive 1 year of free OHYA membership upon successful completion.
