Inferno Hot Pilates is a wonderful addition to Bikram Yoga and to our studio.
Toning the body's core and cardiovascular system. It's a quick 60 minutes effective and fun class!
What is Inferno Hot Pilates?
It is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training, performed in a heated room of 35 degrees and 40% humidity. It is an intense training full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve over all health and well being.
How does Inferno Hot Pilates work?
Inferno Hot pilates combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The high intensity interval training (HIIT) keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. The pilates principle tones your body creating long lean muscle mass. The heat loosens up the muscles and the humidity makes you sweat - elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism and promoting more fat burn.
Why do Inferno Hot Pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates is not yoga but a great compliment to the Bikram Yoga series. As a Bikram yogi, you'll find it's a perfect fit to your yoga practice. Targeting and toning core muscle groups. This class will work out the muscles you don't necessarily target in yoga and its 60 minutes save you time.
